It's easy walking distance to all downtown Norfolk has to offer, and there are also several restaurants on site! Seth was very attentive upon our arrival. The dock hands are helpful and friendly. Their new floating docks are super impressive and docking couldn't have been easier with Seth's help. For the more sedentary, the convergence of the two branches of the Elizabeth River provide a great opportunity to sit and watch the world go by. Easy walk to museums and restaurants. The negatives: the wifi was spotty, almost nil, and the facilities are quite a walk. The wifi was spotty on connectivity and the powers on the dock was problematic that we had to switch power posts and the. When we went to plug in to shore power, with our single 30 amp, the outlets are not labeled and our 30 amp plug fit the 50 amp outlet, which it shouldn't have, and shorted out our galvanized isolated and we could not use shore power. Great views, great restaurants, excellent staff! The amenities are awesome and everything is nice and clean! Wonderful location, great staff.
